We get news from Xiaomi, they will release original Android Ice Cream Sandwich ROM soon. The new MIUI version name is MIUI V4, it is anounced a few days ago. Today, at Xiaomi official website leaks some picture about the new Android ICS run on Xiaomi M1 phone. It will be the first Android ICS phone in China, and also be the second just after Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

The hunt for the next Nexus phone (also known as the Nexus Prime) is on, and it looks like we could see it donning Ice Cream Sandwich in time for Halloween. According to a report in Korea's Electronic Times, those oh so familiar "insiders" are fingering an October launch for the Samsung handset. It will apparently rock a 4.5-inch HD AMOLED display and a 1.5GHz dual core processor, which squares mighty nicely with previous reports. Of course, we'll believe it when we see it -- or at least an official announcement -- but for now, we're keeping the Ice Cream Sandwich dream alive.

According to the lastest report coming out of BGR, a source has claimed that Google will bump up the ship date of Android’s next generation and its accompanying Phones in an effort to better combat the release of the iPhone 5. We could see Android Ice Cream Sandwich Phones as early as October, creating an appealing option for owners of the first Motorola Droid with two-year contracts conveniently up for renewal around the same time. One of the first devices to run the next iteration of Android could be a next-gen Nexus model, though all is merely rumors and speculation at this point.
