  Hi !
  
  Im from Hungary and i wanted to ask, that ,is this phone has google play store and other Google's applcation? (I dont want too root to apply google's application store)
  And when will the 4.1.2 will be avalaible with also google's system application (inetegrated google play store,gmail..etc.)?
  The last question is, If i order this phone on monday (next week) when will I get it?.. How can I get this phone without paying the fee's ?.. I mean Hungary adds a 28% fee on every products..how can i getting out this ?.. Thanks in advance the answers :)

  They are sure that this mobile phone is Dual-Sim. I have seen several reviews and videos on youtube, and in neither case mentions that the equipment is dual sim.
