     i just brought one from local vendor, it cost me USD 191 with free gift 8gb sd card, custom flip pouch, OTG cable , charger and data cable.
    

    
Correction on specification :-
    
~Back Camera: 2.0 MP - it doesn't equipped , only front camera
    
~HDMI: Built-in HDMI Out Port. - i don't see HDMI plug, wonder is it capable play HDMI
